Created in 2004, Al Shallal cooperative (for agriculture and animal transformation in Bsetin Al Ossi) is located in the village of Kfarhelda, in Northern Lebanon.
The cooperative gathers 14 women members whose aim is to work and improve their living conditions through their various food activities.
They are specialized in dairy products processing and make a large variety of delicious local cheeses (“akkawi”, “halloum”, “aricheh” and more).
